Become a part of our referral program where we pay between $250-$1000

money?
By referring sellers to us, you
can earn as much as you want by simply keeping your eyes and ears open.
Are any of your family members or co-workers having trouble selling
their home? Is someone you know tired of open houses and dealing with
picky buyers and jaded real estate agents? We can offer them a fast,
fair offer close to what they would net if they were using an agent, and
WE PAY CLOSING COSTS!
Here's an example:
On a property listed at $175,000, let's assume the selling price is
$161,000. Then the agent usually gets 7% commission and another 3%
of closing costs paid by the seller. Many times the buyers want things
fixed, replaced or other allowances. Other costs of this nature
tend to run about 5%. So, that comes to $8,050. So, the
total costs comes to $24,150 of fees and leaves the seller with a net
amount of $136,850.
You see, we can save the seller weeks and months of heartache and hassle
if they are willing to sell their house to us close to that NET price.
The alternative? They may have to wait many months to get their
asking price versus me closing in about a week at our offer price.
By referring investors to us,
we will pay you a finders fee for each qualified investor that we
utilize.
Here's what you should
do:
When you hear of a friend or
family member who is getting ready to sell their house, send their info
on to us. When you are driving around going to work, school, or
play, look for houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO) (any size or
price range), Vacant, Abandoned or even Condemned
houses. Send us the address and known condition of the
house.
If you send us digital photos of the front, back
and side views of the property along with the address and known facts of
the property, I'll send you a check for $5* for each one. (*You MUST call us confirm
enrollment in this part of our referral program prior to engaging in
said activity).
Also, send us the contact
information for anyone that wants to buy a house using bank financing or owner financing,
lease purchase, down payment assistance or work-for-equity programs. If that person buys a house through us, we'll send you a
check. (good, fair or ugly is
okay)
